Close to 20 current and former NBL players are set to play in the NBA’s Summer League tournament, which gets underway on Sunday, Australian time.
The California Classic will tip off proceedings, with selected teams playing games in Sacramento and San Francisco over five days, followed by three days of action in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Then, all 30 NBA teams will take part in the NBA2K25 Summer League in Las Vegas, from July 12-22, featuring 76 games across 11 days.
All five NBL Next Stars signed to NBA rosters will take part, headlined by pick two Alex Sarr debuting in Washington, while Mantas Rubstavicius will have his chance to shine with Golden State and push for a roster spot.
Of the NBL25-rostered stars, Sam Froling will play alongside Australian draftee Johnny Furphy with the Indiana Pacers, Josh Bannan gets his chance to impress next to Trentyn Flowers at the Los Angeles Clippers and Sydney Kings’ youngster Tyler Robertson, like Sarr, will play with the Wizards.
Melbourne's Luke Travers will join Cleveland for a third straight year.
NBL coaches will also be front and centre at Summer League, with Mark Radford (Tasmania – assistant coach) a guest coach in San Antonio and Keegan Crawford (Perth) and Luke Brennan (South East Melbourne Phoenix) joining the Utah Jazz coaching staff.
NBL Media will be there for all the key moments over the next fortnight, with video content, breaking news, on-the-ground coverage and more.
