Four emerging Australians and six NBL Next Stars are in the mix to land new homes at the NBA Draft this week.

With the Draft set to be held in New York on Thursday and Friday, here’s how you can catch all the action, and every pick as it drops.

When is the Draft? 
The 2024 NBA Draft will be held on Thursday, June 27 and Friday, June 28, Australian time.

What time is the Draft?
Thursday’s first round coverage will begin at 9.30am AEST, with the first pick at 10am.

Friday’s second round begins at 6am AEST.

Where do I watch the Draft?

Which Next Stars are in the mix?
In the strongest group of Next Stars of all-time, up to six players could be drafted by NBA teams.

Perth Wildcats star Alexandre Sarr looms as a likely top three pick, while Bobi Klintman and AJ Johnson are projected in the late first round and early second round by most experts.

Predictions around Trentyn Flowers have him landing somewhere in the second round, while The Athletic has Ariel Hukporti as the 58th overall selection.

Mantas Rubstavicius is sure to be around the mark too, after drifting in and out of mock drafts at various times in recent months. He's been ranked at number 64 in ESPN's top 100

Which other NBL players could be drafted?
Brisbane Bullets star Josh Bannan has worked out for 10 teams, according to ESPN, with the 23-year-old impressing in his debut NBL season.

Recent Sydney Kings signing Tyler Robertson has reportedly worked out for one NBA team, after averaging 16.9 points, 4.5 rebounds and 3.8 assists for the University of Portland in his most recent college season.

Which other Australians could be picked? 
19-year-old Johnny Furphy is considered a likely mid first-round selection after taking all before him with the Kansas Jayhawks.

Furphy received an invite to the greenroom, making a rapid rise in his most recent season.

Alex Ducas is considered somewhat of a smokey to be selected, ranked at number 90 in ESPN’s top 100, with the 6’7 wing undergoing multiple workouts with NBA teams.

Who has the first pick? 
The Atlanta Hawks have the first overall pick, with the Washington Wizards at two, the Houston Rockets at three, San Antonio at four and the Detroit Pistons rounding out the top five.
