Ariel Hukporti has joined the growing list of NBL players, and Next Stars, to make the jump to the NBA, after reportedly agreeing to a two-way deal with the New York Knicks.
HoopsHype is reporting the Knicks, who selected Hukporti with the 58th pick in last month’s draft, have signed the 22-year-old to the two-way deal.
The deal will mean Hukporti will split his time between New York and its G League affiliate the Westchester Knicks.

Hukporti averaged 8.4 points, 7.0 rebounds and 1.5 blocks a game in his most recent season at United, excelling alongside fellow big Jo Lual-Acuil Jr.
He spent three seasons in Melbourne part of the NBL's Next Stars program, missing the middle campaign with a torn Achilles.
